The New Oxford Municipal Authority (NOMA) is based out of New Oxford, PA.

This is a site that I only developed for.  The design was created by Joni Blymire.  We worked together to put a new coat of paint on their existing website.  I took Joni’s design and developed it for the WordPress platform.  I also currently host NOMA’s website and email.
