Developing a Website for a Municipal Authority in New Oxford, PA
The New Oxford Municipal Authority (NOMA) serves the local community in New Oxford, Pennsylvania, providing essential municipal services and information to residents. As a public-facing organization, their website needed to be clear, accessible, and easy for staff to manage internally.
Converting Custom Designs into a WordPress Website
This project was completed in collaboration with graphic designer Joni Blymire, who created the visual design for the site. I took those design files and developed a fully custom WordPress theme, translating static layouts into a responsive, functional website that matched the approved design. This ensured the final site delivered both strong visual presentation and reliable performance.
Providing Website Hosting and Domain Management
In addition to development, MAjor Designs handles hosting for the NOMA website, ensuring consistent uptime and performance.
