e-RatePA.org provides discounts ranging from 20% to 90% on Telecommunications Services, Internet Access, and Internal Connections to eligible schools and libraries, subject to a $2.25 billion annual cap plus inflation.

This project came to me once again through Matt Haas whom I worked with on the Let’s Pretend re-development project.  For this project Matt needed me to implement a design in WordPress which was created by Silver Penny Studio.

After applying the design, I helped with moving the WordPress site from the development environment to its production environment.
